I know it can feel scary to dive into the unknown, especially when it comes to your relationship with yourself. But what I've learned is that our entire lives are reflections of what is going on inside of us. Choosing to ignore our inner world just leaves us relying on the external world to provide us with everything we want to feel and experience. When really we've had the power to do that the whole time, starting right here in the present moment.
